Like Greek...Condolences to Family.....Remember biking over to Jack's house @ 109th State w/ Ronnie Anderson, Jim Dillion, Richy Milgard and getting Jack to play baseball with us at Palmer or Fernwood Park. Jack's love of baseball was encouraged by his dad who also played minor league professional baseball. Jack was a tremendous asset at whatever he did and was never without a smile on his face. None of us can ever remember Jack doing anything half-hearted. It is with heavy heart and tears but also with joy in remembrance of Lerose Coal & Oil Little League (1951-54), Fenger Titans Baseball (55-58), Coonie Mack Baseball (59-62). What Great Days !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As Bob and Connie have already commented Jack was a great teammate on both Fenger's team and summer baseball.  He also had an outstanding professional career.  Saddened by this news and RIP my friend.  Ted Schelenski
