Jack F. Wallace  1939 - 2003

Jack F. Wallace, passed away on March 5, 2003, age 63, after a brief battle with colon cancer, and was born on December 5, 1939. He was living in Buffalo Grove, Illinois at the time of his death.

Beloved husband of Diane, nee Berry, for 34 years; loving father of Susan (Elisabeth Humphrey), James, Michael (Kathi), Jennifer (Michael) Sasek and Jack (Kelly); proud grandfather of Jessica O'Marro and Nicky Wallace; fond friend and caring neighbor. Member of the Painting Industry of Chicago for over 40 years. Recipient of the Silver Beaver Award from Calumet Council B.S.A. for his volunteer work and dedication to youth and the community. Former Executive Board Member and Scoutmaster of many Eagle Scouts. World traveler, his final resting in Neoga Memorial Cemetery, Neoga, IL. Services and interment private.
