Chico was a great guy-he is remembered on the "Officer Down" page http://www.odmp.org/reflections.php?oid=1128-he died in 1970Eugene Federowski (Derow)
Jim Chico Alfano was a very special friend. We first met in grade school (Gompers) in 1951 and then attended Fenger hs before joining the military in 1958. We both were health club enthusiasts and engaged in many other sports. Chico had an upbeat personality and a competitive spirit. And he will always be remembered with love and fondness.Gene Derow
